Het Nieuwsblad and Bild are reporting that Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen are interested in signing Club Brugge’s Antonio Nusa.
The young Norwegian star was close to joining Brentford in January, but an injury meant he was not able to move to the Premier League.
Instead, the London club ended up signing his teammate Thiago. Now, it looks like the German club want to build on their incredibly successful season by adding the talented Nusa to their squad.
The 19-year-old attacking player is valued at around €17m according to Transfermarkt, but it is likely that Club would be wanting to get at least double this.
Nusa joined the side from Stabæk in 2021 for around €3m. He has made 81 appearances for the side and has scored seven goals while providing five assists. Nusa has already been capped at international level by Norway.
Club, like Bayer, are on course to win their league after beating Anderlecht 1-0 at the weekend.
