England’s route to European Championship glory is to be decided on Saturday evening as the draw for next summer’s Euro 2024 competition in Germany is completed
England’s journey to once again bring football home is to be determined this evening as the Euro 2024 draw is completed.
FA chiefs and European football elite will gather at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Germany, where the six groups of teams are due to be decided.
England head into the draw having completed a typically-impressive qualifying campaign,
topping their group. Coupled with historic results, that is enough to see them into pot one for the draw.
But they can still end up with a group of death, with the likes of Denmark, Netherlands,
Croatia and Italy all spread out across pots two to four.
Follow the draw as it happens right here. The festivities are due to kick off at 5pm.
Pot 1 : Germany (hosts), Portugal, France, Spain, Belgium, England
Pot 2 : Hungary, Turkey, Romania, Denmark, Albania, Austria
Pot 3 : Netherlands, Scotland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czechia
Pot 4 : Italy, Serbia, Switzerland, Play-off winner A, Play-off winner B, Play-off winner C
