One Aston Villa youngster wants to stay at the club but has admitted his future may be away from Villa Park.
Since Unai Emery took over from Steven Gerrard at Aston Villa, the Midlands club have excelled under the Spaniard’s tutelage.
Last season, Villa pulled off the impossible as they finished in the Champions League places and they are now preparing for life in Europe’s elite club competition next season under the former Villarreal and Arsenal manager.
The club are preparing for an important transfer window with club potentially needing to sell to buy this summer with the profit & sustainability rules brought into the Premier League set to be a big factor in this transfer window.
Villa youngster prepared to leave this summer
One player who Villa brought in back in December was Red Star Belgrade defender Kosta Nedeljković, who was then sent back to the Serbian club on loan for the remainder of the season.
This summer though, the 18-year-old right-back will be moving to Villa Park and has been speaking about his impending move to the Midlands club.
“I believe that I will be able to fight at Aston Villa, just like I did with Zvezda [Red Star Belgrade],” Nedeljkovic told Nogomania.Rs. “I always give my best and I think it pays off. I have always done excellent preparations, now the tour to America is coming up, so we will see what it will look like.
“I expect myself to be in the starting 11 from August. For me to be in the combination at all will really be a success and to enter the Premier League. In Belgrade, I have two or three training sessions a day, I train to be more prepared than ever.
“I want to be at a higher level, to be able to show myself in preparation and to ‘cement’ the place. No matter where the loan is, I don’t have a problem with it.”

Nedeljkovic asked about a loan to the Championship
The teenage defender may well struggle to break into the Villa first team this season with the club having multiple options in defence.
As a result of this, a loan could well be the best option for the defender and the Serbian was asked whether the EFL Championship could be the place for him.
“If it happens, I don’t have a problem with that. Whatever happens, I need to play. If it’s Aston Villa, it will be a great success. I’m ready and I believe I’ll play right away. I’m not thinking about not being there. If it doesn’t happen, it’s up to me to play and progress, so wherever,” the defender stressed.
