Newcastle United Man Utd hit by blow just hours before kick-off at Newcastle United – forced to make last-minute change

Manchester United have been hit with a blow to their preparations ahead of Saturday’s Premier League fixture at Newcastle United.

Manchester United have had to make a last-minute

modification to their travel plans ahead of Saturday’s Premier

League encounter against Newcastle United (8 p.m. kick-off).

Manchester United’s scheduled 30-minute trip to Newcastle

on Saturday morning has been canceled due to inclement weather.

A chartered flight from Manchester to Newcastle was scheduled to depart at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Manchester United players and staff are currently traveling to Tyneside via coach, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Although not a big setback for Erik ten Hag’s team, the weather on Tyneside may continue to play a role in the build-up to the game.

On Tyneside, freezing temperatures are expected to persist throughout the day. The weather in Newcastle on Saturday is described as “cloudy changing to light snow showers by early evening.”

While this is unlikely to change the outcome of the game, it may make the journey to the stadium more difficult for players and fans.

Manchester United will try to extend their excellent run in the Premier League, while Newcastle will look to capture their sixth consecutive home league win at St James’ Park.

Newcastle will be missing at least 11 first-team players for the game, with no players returning from injury this

weekend.
