Nottingham Forest boss Nuno names team to face Liverpool

Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has named his Nottingham Forest team to face Liverpool in this afternoon’s crunch clash.

The Reds go into today’s game looking to bounce back from their midweek FA Cup exit at the hands of Manchester United.

A last-minute Casemiro goal denied Nuno’s side a place in the quarter-finals of the competition.

That 1-0 defeat came on the back of last weekend’s 4-2 loss at Aston Villa.

It means Forest are 17th in the Premier League table, four points above third-bottom Luton Town.

Nuno makes four changes to his starting XI against Liverpool.

Matz Sels, Andrew Omobamidele, Nicolas Dominguez and Callum Hudson-Odoi all return to the side.

Omobamidele is set to partner Murillo in the heart of the back line, ahead of goalkeeper Sels.

Neco Williams and Harry Toffolo keep their places at full-back.

Dominguez will line up alongside Ryan Yates in midfield, while Hudson-Odoi will link up with Morgan Gibbs-White and Anthony Elanga

at the top end of the pitch. It is Divock Origi who will lead the line up front, with Taiwo Awoniyi having to settle for a place on the bench.
