The away allocations West Brom could have next season including Burnley, Oxford United and QPR

The 2024/25 Championship offers West Brom the chance to go to some grounds they’ve not been to for a few seasons.

West Brom face another year in the Championship after suffering a 3-1 defeat to Southampton in the play-offs on Friday night.

Cedric Kipre could only score a consolation goal as Will Smallbone and then a brace from Adam Armstrong put the Saints on their way to the Wembley Stadium final. The Baggies can look back on the 2023/24 season with a lot of positivity as Carlos Corberan and his team assembled of free agents, loans and players who seemed like they didn’t have the future at the Hawthorns secured a top six finish.

Shilen Patel‘s takeover was confirmed after the January transfer window and so the club weren’t able to invest in to the playing squad as they would have liked. West Brom though should have some money to invest in to the playing staff when the summer transfer window opens.

West Brom supporters have a new found optimism and should be excited about their prospects next season. There are a few things to be sorted out however like the players who find themselves out of contract with discussions to be had with those this week.

The conclusion of the 2023/24 Premier League season saw BurnleyLuton Town and Sheffield United all relegated. Oxford United beat Bolton Wanderers in the play-off final last Saturday and they are joined by Portsmouth and Derby County in the Championship.

We now know 23 out of the 24 clubs that will be playing in the division next year. Leeds United and Southampton will battle it out for a place in the top-flight with the loser facing another year in the league.

The fixtures come out for next season in mid-June and supporters will be keen to know where they’re going next year. Here thanks to Football Ground Guide and Away Games, we’ve looked at what kind of allocations West Brom can expect next season.

*These figures are estimates and might not consider factors such as segregation for local derbies, as well as the scheduling of fixtures and the geography of clubs.
