Brendan Rodgers’ side remain active in the market this month and are looking to bolster their attack in the wake of a swathe of absentees who have left for the Asian Cup, including Hyeongyu Oh, Daizen Maeda and Hyunjun Yang.
Meanwhile, Kvistgaarden has played as both a striker and a winger in his career and has notched seven goals and seven assists across 21 appearances in all competitions this season.
He has proved vital for Brondby since the academy product made his debut in November 2020.
Kvistgaarden penned a new deal with the club in May which keeps him under contract until the summer of 2027.
