Mohamed Salah will return to the Liverpool starting lineup against Everton at Goodison Park on Wednesday night.
Liverpool are coming into the game against Everton on the back of a victory over Fulham,
and they will look to build on that result. The Reds cannot afford to drop points if they want to stay in the title race, and this is a must-win contest for them.
On the other hand, Everton are still not out of danger as far as relegation is concerned,
and this is a must-win game for the Toffees as well. They will look to end Liverpool’s title hopes on Wednesday night.
The Reds will be without the services of Thiago Alcantara and Joel Matip. Both players are ruled out for the remainder of the season.
Meanwhile, Conor Bradley and Diogo Jota have muscle injuries, and they will return to action next month.
Jurgen Klopp said in his pre-match press conference, “Unfortunately, yes.
Diogo scored the goal, felt a little bit and now we found out it’s a little bit more. So he will be out for two weeks. Besides that, no [other new injury concerns].
It’s not a big one. When I say two weeks, actually really it’s pretty much nothing but enough to not be available.”
Trent Alexander-Arnold will start in the full-back pairing along with Andrew Robertson.
The two players will look to contribute at both ends of the pitch. Ibrahima Konate will start at the heart of the defence alongside Virgil van Dijk.
Alisson Becker has returned to action from his injury, and he is likely to continue as the goalkeeper here.
In the midfield, Wataru Endo will be expected to break up opposition attacks and win the ball back for his side. Alexis Mac Allister and Harvey Elliott will add creativity and control to the side.

Finally, Darwin Nunez will lead the line for Liverpool against Everton, and he will look to get back amongst goals after failing to find the back of the net in his recent outings. Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz will start on the flanks.
Predicted Liverpool XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, van Dijk, Robertson; Elliott, Endo, Mac Allister; Salah, Nunez, Diaz
