Gary Neville and Roy Keane predict Aston Villa’s Premier League clash at Luton Town

Before a big week, which includes games against Ajax and Tottenham Hotspur, it’s a trip to Luton Town for Aston Villa on Saturday evening.

This is going to be a very tough test because of Luton’s ability to make nearly every game a pain in the backside for the opposition at Kenilworth Road.

But after Rob Edwards watched his side lose 6-2 to Manchester City in the FA Cup in midweek, Roy Keane is backing Aston Villa to outscore their weekend opponents.

Well, speaking on The Overlap, Roy Keane thinks that will continue, with Gary Neville agreeing and backing the Midlands side to secure all three points.

By the time Aston Villa kick-off, Tottenham’s home game against Crystal Palace would have concluded, so a win for the London club would see them close the gap to two points.

These are going to be nervy times for the club, but the team have to see through it and they are being backed to get through this test.

Luton Town v Aston Villa

“Villa all day,” said Keane after talking with Jill Scott about his prediction.

On Luton scoring v Villa after their two goals against Manchester City “Yeah (Luton will get goals), but Villa will get more,” added and laughed Keane.

Just at the right time, one of our most pivotal players is back and ready to push the team to trophy glory and the Champions League.

Clement Langlet has filled in during Konsa’s time on the sidelines and he has faired very well during that period, but he might now find himself out of the XI.

It has been a long time since Konsa and Pau Torres have started together.

Many fans would agree they are our best pairing, so getting them back together is a massive plus given their recent injury woes.
